Two best breweries in that area are Cushwa right off 81 in MD near the WVA line and Gearhouse in Chambersburg, PA a little north of Waynesboro.
Beer Shed for buying beers and Michaux brewery in Waynesboro for a visit. Good food there too, great prices, solid beers. I loie about 45 min away and go up there frequently to the Beer Shed to buy high quality out of state distro beers. Michaux is the best brewery in Waynesboro IMO.
