Didn't see a thread on them. How do their stouts compare to well known stout brewers across the country? Worth seeking out in trades? I was looking through untappd and some of their stouts have really good ratings (especially Cavernous), with people commenting that Keys to the City (which i dont see any information about on their instagram) is better than BBT1.
Most of their stouts are very good and some of their limited stuff is great. Well worth a try. Some of their big adjunct stouts can be too thick for my taste, the consistency of a melted milkshake.
Weathered Souls makes some great stouts every once in a while, but they are inconsistent and can often be infected or just poorly made as referenced in the thread linked above. I wouldn't trade for them given the inconsistency.
My office had their Christmas party there this year and had their brews for the first time. Didn’t have a stout but had a solid porter, along with one or two other styles that were pretty solid.
