    Pine Point is a wonderful beach, 7 miles long and wonderful white sand. It is also only about 15- 20 minutes from downtown Portland. You will have plenty of choices and the end of July is a great time to be in Maine.

    Maine Brewing co (Lunch?) is in Freeport, about 20 minutes north of Portland. If you hit LL Beans, why not there...
    I did a one-day beer crawl last week, we hit Allagash, Maine beer, Bunker, Rising Tide, and In'finity (brewpub)
    plus Cold Water distillery (2 minutes from Maine Beer) and Maine Craft Distillers (next door to Rising Tide)
    along with Urban Farm Fermentorium (meads, cider, kombucha, and between Bunker and RT)
