https://alltogether.beer/ I picked up some All Together yesterday from Trillium, and then learned what it was all about via the website above. I want something to do this weekend which will be fun to do and limit my exposure to a lot of people. I thought I'd go on an All Together hunt across New England. My local breweries on the All Together site are out of the beer. Did I miss the wave or is there still some All Together out there? Any help finding it will be appreciated!
Wormtown had some left this week, but their social media said that quantities were low. No idea if they still have it. Remember Wormtown has a second location at Patriot Place in Foxboro if Worcester is too far.
Limiting exposure and hunting across New England? Maybe some common ground somewhere but I am missing it.
Breweries released them sporadically so it may be tough to track down a bunch of them on a roadtrip. I don't think it would be worth your time to drive all over New England. If you really want to try as many as you can, may I suggest trading for them? That would be much easier and safer.
Frustrating times...I agree with all of you saying "Stay home dude". It's still very dangerous out there, no matter how many people are trying to roll the dice with nature. Still, I hear so many others exhorting us to support our local brewers. Given where I live, I can't do that from home. What to do?
I think the releases are pretty much over. However, I know of a small brewery that makes great beer. They released their All Together last week and it is gone but they have a second round coming next week. I am totally torn about whether I should drop their name or not.
Tilted Barn dropped a second round of All Together this weekend, this one DDH. They do online advance ordering Wed and it sold out within a few hours however.
What is this some secret society? Will this mystery brewery be abstaining from announcing their release to the masses? Is it only available to those who know the secret password... New England Clam Chowder... but is that the red or white?
Here is my thinking... The brewery is small. I would almost guarantee the OP has not heard of them. It sounds as if the OP is going to be, almost blindly, traveling around New England looking for these All Together releases. I don't think people are supposed to be doing that kind of thing. If I don't drop the name, chances are, the OP doesn't travel to that area. The funny thing is, to add to the whole secret society aspect, the brewery only started canning last month and they don't sell out of their building. They distribute very small amounts to about four local packies and they usually sell out by the end of the next day. I haven't sought out any of their releases since they started doing things this way but I think I picked up on a pattern that would land me some cans. They do post all of this info on their social media pages but with how fast they sell out, a head start might be necessary.
Aren't most places doing curbside pickup by now? Driving around to package stores all day is for sure a bad idea, but there's plenty you can drive to right now that involves 0 contact with other people.
It would probably be fine. The reaction may just be because the OP used the word "hunt" which doesn't paint a picture of a succinct plan. I have said on this forum before that I don't think long beer runs are a big deal but that implied one or two known stops not driving around New England. I guess this post just seemed borderline to being a good idea.
