Has anyone else been to the new Wegmans in Charlottesville? Got a chance to pop in there this weekend and the beer cave is pretty nice. Prices are low and the selection is rather varied. Plenty from local and national craft brewers. I didn't get a chance to check everything out as it was crowded in there but picked up some Holiday Ale and Dark Hollow from Blue Mountain. Price wise the Holiday Ale was $8.99/6pack and Dark Hollow was $7.99/bomber. Neither was marked on sale.

The prices were good but it seemed to have the same variety most local supermarkets have with regards to sixers. Where I did notice Wegman's advantage was the large selection and variety of bombers, which was nice to see.

Stopped by on Friday. Had a big selection but nothing overly hard to find. Definitely did like seeing that $7.99 on the Dark Hollow. Hopefully they get pallets among pallets of GBS and a couple of the variants. I recall other Wegmans getting a lot at a great price last year.

I also checked out the Pub. Nothing that great but awesome to have a beer in a grocery store. Every beer on tap was under 6% with the exception of Missile. I grabbed the HW Evelyn just b/c I had yet to try it.
