    Had it at the source! Was really good, but the carbonation was lower and had a heavier mouthfeel to it than I recall. Perhaps just compared to all the other Helles and such we had been drinking at the time, so bought two bottles I'm flying home with me to try on a fresher palate.

    Half. My lobbying skills only go that far but i am happy enough with the glasses, and most importantly the beer. You must know your patron and your Ayinger distributor they say. :wink:

    Such a great style, especially with food. I'm in Germany now on vacation and so far have had kellerbiers from Hacker-Pschorr, Giesinger, Ayinger, Keiler, Schlappe-Seppel, HB Sommer Zwickel, and Benediktiner Abtei Plankstetten. Hope to find more.
