Weihenstephaner Bier Dinner at Winzerstube

    For those of you that are German beer lovers, Winzerstube in Hudson is having a beer dinner featuring Weihenstephaner this Thursday night. Their food is excellent so I'm expecting a great spread, 6 courses for $40, menu below:

    German Bier Dinner Menu
    Reception: Lax and Rye- Schlichte and Dill cured Salmon on a toast.Weihenstephaner Krystall Weizen
    First: Crab Cake Salad- Bacon, mixed greens,tomato, citrus herb vinaigrette.Weihenstephaner Hefe-Weizen
    Second: Cedar Plank Grilled Trout- Pistol River, OR with green beans.Weihenstephaner Original
    Third: Chicken Schnitzel- Kolsch Sauce with Caramelized leeks.Weihenstephaner Pilsner
    Forth: Sauerbraten Beef Short Ribs- Bacon Brussels and herbed baby gold potato.Weihenstephaner Vitus Weizenbock
    Dessert: German chocolate cake Bombes Weihenstephaner Korbinian Dopplebock
