Shiner Ruby Redbird (brewed with Grapefruit) extremely refreshing
Shiner Prickly Pear (brewed with Prickly Pear Cactus) same as above
DFH 61 (brewed with Syrah Grapes) really interesting, must try if you like wine.

Three unique beers that I would recommend (AKA think a lot of people would enjoy, not just being really fuckin' weird.)

"Bud and Clamato Chelada" probably won't be the worst drink you've ever had if you've a fan of Cheladas.

@JG-90 , Have you tried Abitas Grapefruit IPA? I enjoyed it. I'm not a big fan of fruit beers at all, but I do love grapefruit.

Abita's stuff always ends up being really bland and a disappointment for me, but this one was pretty dang good. I'd forgotten about it the past few weeks until I saw you mention grapefruit, I could use some more too!

had Spear at GABF and actually loved it... totally saw it pairing with a nice filet with garlic mashed, and you guessed it... asparagus (or creamed spinach)!!

If hot, like really spicy, is your thing I will send you two ghost face killas for a label (assuming my store still has them but they usually do).

I always thought that looked interesting, did the cucumbers transform into something icky after fermentation?

Tried a sauerkraut and kielbasa beer from a local brewery last year...most of it went down the drain.

I am with you, this thing was scary how much it resembled some form of a pizza...I split one bottle with like 4 friends and we all did the same thing "Huh...it...it's pizza...sorta...huh"

Pretty much all of trinity's stuff is weird, I like most of it though, especially electric cucumber.

Several breweries seem to occupy a niche by using non-mainstream ingredients (Dogfish Head, Night Shift, Slippery Pig, and many smaller places I haven't heard of) while others have the occasional novelty (Stone, Rogue, etc).

you have no idea how much I love you for mentioning slippery pig. easily one of the best (and prettiest) breweries in Washington. one of the few things I actually miss about my years spent in Kitsap co. and that state in general. will be one of my first stops when we visit in February.

De Molen's Mühle&Bahnhof, which is a cranberry Gose.
Despite it tasting prominently of tiger balm, a remarkably enjoyable beer.

Also, Emelisse's Black&Tan, which tastes of vetyver.
