Since wheat malt extract is usually 50/50 pils/wheat I would say use 1/3rd each of pils, Munich, and wheat. Include that chocate wheat as is. However you will not go wrong with a 50/50 mix of Munich and wheat or even dark wheat (not to be confused with chocolate or midnight wheat).
