I was a big fan of the non-milkshake Fruity Bits - Pina Colada, but the WW fam said most people preferred the milkshake version produced later, thus the PC JB is probably done. Coco Noche is just so good, I’m with ya. I have one left and I’m hoping to hold off until fall for another taste.

Awesome release coming: return of Vanilla Medianoche and collab with Voodoo, Midnight Magick. Limit 2 on Vanilla Medianoche and Limit 1 for MidMagick. No Tavour for the foreseeable future on BA beers from WeldWerks. Sunday, 6 pm via Eventbrite.

Excited for an opportunity to make my way back to Greeley, hopefully before end of year. I’ve missed being able to pull up to WW 4-6x a year and grab a handful of stouts, berliners and hops that are all top notch. Cheers!

Also, no proxy this time around but they mention a proxy release in the near term.

Personally, I find the prices of these recent Noche releases extremely off-putting; I drew the line with this release and decided to pass. $50 for a bomber is just too much, especially when I factor in the drive from Colorado Springs.

Totally get that on the $48+ Vanilla Medianoche. I will still try and trade for one, just to see how this version is compares to ‘17/‘18.

100%. I decided to pass on the noche and grab one of the Voodoo Bottles. Can't justify ~$50.

Totally understandable. We’ve always priced our beers according to the costs associated with producing them and at 4+ lbs/bbl of vanilla beans, 2020 Vanilla Medianoche is the most expensive beer we’ve brewed (and the most vanilla we’ve ever used). But we completely understand that at that price, it certainly isn’t for everyone.

Gold filigree encrusted steak isn't for everyone either and its existence also isn't self justifying. Maybe that's not the best comparison, but more doesn't mean better. While I acknowledge and appreciate the cost of the ingredients being reflected in the cost of the beer, it doesn't actually make it necessary. It also is not relegated to bottle releases... the last time I visited (while picking up BA Fluffernutter and Coffee Coconut Medianoche) I was astounded by the price of draft pours. $9.50 for a pint of DIPA is simply ridiculous, especially when the to-go cost was half that amount.

To me, it just seems like a hype-driven flex move and of course anyone who drops that kind of money on a bottle of beer is going to say it is the best thing ever (and that's if they actually even drink it instead of trying to trade it for some other hype beast bottle).

TL/DR: I love Medianoche, but I would much rather have non-adjuncted or less extravagant bottles available more often at a lower price point that I can drink and enjoy without breaking the bank.

P.S. - This isn't meant to be a criticism or indictment of the brewery as a whole. I am thrilled to have top-notch IPA four-packs available to me on the regular and will continue to be a fan and regular buyer, but I have no plans to participate in future bottles releases at these price points.

Once beer becomes a necessity and not a luxury it's a problem.

Sometimes I'm guilty of taking it way too serious. It happens. As long as someone is drinking them nilla noches it's all good.

Looking for thoughts from anyone who has had newest Nilla Noche, Midnight Magick, PB Achro and/or Bamm Bamm Rubble Rubble. It’s early yet, but I need em!

Reading is tuff. I couldn’t grab them on Ebrite, so I guess I didn’t pay close enough attention. Thanks.

Was just on their FB page. Wanted to try a trade never having tried their stouts. Are people actually paying the ridiculous prices listed !? WTF !?

WW is not the first brewery to charge these prices, multiple breweries in your state do the same.
