    Thirsty Monk has opened a brewery at their South Asheville location in Gerber Village. I believe, they used to brew there before, if I'm not mistaken, then stopped and now again, hence the "kinda". In short, what is different this time is, the Beer is being brewed by home brewers. Home brewers get a shot at working a professional grade system.

    This could be fun. Dec. 3 is the date of the opening.

    Cool idea actually. Not sure if it will be successful, but cool idea nonetheless.
