Not at all. But I think it's more likely it came from a 3L maple cake bottle. But hopefully I'm wrong and we all get to have a taste on tap. Cheers!

Stoked for today. No bottles for me and none of my friends are gonna come but I'll still get to try some awesome beers.

Such a good day. Lot less people than I thought would be here. Now where is that Mac and cheese truck?!

Got to try BA coconut and 2016 bourbon. Both awesome and worth the trip.
Was a bit bummed when red wine tapped a few people ahead of me lol.

So the release went well I take it? I can't wait to get my hands on a few bottles from a buddy of mine that went today.

What was the situation? They check names and then hand you a box with the allotment already in it?

Super chill for picking up bottles. No line at all, just show your ID and get checked off the list. They had pre-packed boxes with allotments. Had to wait in line a bit at the beginning for draft pours, but things moved quickly and they had a bunch of variants (minus maple bourbon) on today for $6 a pour.

Yeah, not enough yield for Maple it seems. Guess we'll just have to crack bottles, but hot damn is red wine and Willett tasty.

There weren't a lot of BLiS barrels and a portion of them housed Maple Jesus.

Wasn't impressed with coconut but loved the Cake Break and Cognac. Tequila was good too

Loved the coconut, but red wine was were it was at for me.

And don't forget that Westbrook probably wanted to bottle a bunch of extra maple so they could sell them at an ever so slight markup for onsite consumption at the taproom for the next three years

I highly doubt this. It isn't like the bartender was actively trying to sell maple bottles for $600 each (truth).

I might be in the minority on this but I actually like that they do this. It allows people from out of town to come in and always be able to try a whale, so long as they are willing to pay for it. The higher cost helps assure it stays available. If it was at normal cost they would fly off the shelf.

Ive visited some breweries where I would have gladly payed to try their limited stuff. At least it allows that person to make a choice.
