    If wine is unmistakeably tart, then we had a mislabeled bourbon.

    While I agree, it is actually hard as I'm sure they were bottled and labeled on 2 different days. Unless they just happened to find an unlabeled bottle and made a 50/50 guess and that one bottle just happened to land in @whitekiboko hand, which is possible
