Westbrook Gose Availability

They last brewed it at the end of October so it's just over 4 months old- possibly? I'd give Gose at least 6 months on a shelf easily. It doesn't change significantly, at least in my experience as a regular gose fan. Did you happen to see any dates on the cans? More for curiosity than anything else, I work for the SC distributor and we have been out of stock for a long time.

Gose is a seasonal Apr - Oct brew. Any you find now will probably be around 5mths old. Still very good sour with less saltiness. Fresh cans should be coming out within the next month or so.

so, I will be in Charleston the first weekend in April. Do you guys think Gose will hit shelves that quickly? I know it comes back out in April, so I'm hoping it makes it to shelves right at the start of the month.

 

Maybe at the brewery. Probably not distro'd at that point. Just a guess though.

I would think that you're right. I just looked at my sales history and last year we shipped out our first batch of Gose (distro) on 4/3. but... that was last year, and this is this year, so who knows, really. I have not heard any whispers of any releases yet.

 

Hey guys, we brewed the first 2015 batch of Gose on Friday. Give it a couple weeks and it will be back on shelves.

Today we're driving up to the Triad, NC area from Florida. Any available in the Charlotte area? I got some last summer at Micky Finn's in Florence, but they're closed today. If not Charlotte, anywhere else I should check along I-95? I can't venture far from the highway, so I'm hoping the TW in Charlotte has it.
