Looks like the day has arrived. @brawleys just posted that Westbrook is officially in NC!

And the crowd goze wild! Hopefully the seasonals/sours make their way up here as well.

Looking forward to a selection of their bombers and to have Gose readily available. I went through 2 cases of Gose this summer between me and the wife!

Did they make a new batch of Gose or are they still selling the October batch?

We're not getting any bombers from what I've heard, just cans. Still good news, but it's not like I'm going to all of a sudden be able to get all the Westbrook stuff I actually want.

@CavemanRamblin where in NC do you live? I was able to get bombers when I was visiting my aunt in Carolina Shores just by driving a mile across the border.

So not exactly convenient to cross the border into SC, haha

Yeah I know it's not that far to make it down to some places in SC that get most of them, but my family and friends are in VA, so I tend to head that way more often than south. Just don't find myself in SC that often. Would rather trade for it and hopefully hook up some good folks with stuff from here than drive down anyway.

It's about Goddamn time! At the store where I work we were already routinely getting asked if we had Westbrook. When it was announced a couple months ago (or so) that we'd start getting their core offerings, I felt good telling people "No, but they're entering the WNC market any week now!" Recently that tone has changed to "We're still waiting" "We're still waiting" "We're still waiting." This calls for a damn celebration! I'm gonna crack open a sour or something expensive on this snowy night and rejoice!

So, you've gotten Westbrook in Asheville? What flavors?

Put on the reins there buddy. The shop where I work doesn't get deliveries on Mondays so I won't know for sure until 3 o'clock tomorrow. Maybe I'm being prematurely excited because I'm assuming that, since Charlotte got theirs and we were told we would get ours, that it's happening this week but you never know in this inconsistent world of pushed-back beer releases and such. I will tell you that we were told we'd get the core offerings (Gose, One Claw, IPA, White Thai) and that the store I work for regularly posts new arrivals on Instagram and Facebook. So, if you live in Asheville and you have a Facebook that you routinely check, you'll probably know for sure before I do. Over and out.

No big deal. I'm not a huge fan personally, but I am curious about distribution strategies across North Carolina.
