i've tried this a couple times. outcome was delicious, but not as light as one claw, either in flavor or color. but could have just been my shortcomings as a brewer. nevertheless it was wildly popular with my friends and myself and will keep making it, maybe tweaking the recipe here and there. maybe vienna instead of munich? or up the wheat? the nelson/citra/rye combo is scrum diddly umtious though.
