In Greenville it's still on shelves.

Distribution to Atlanta seems to be far more limited this year than, say, Orange Bliss Stout was last year. No idea is that's a function of production or distribution. It's out there--just a little harder to obtain this time.

I just traded for it. Excited to try it out. Coming in the mail tomorrow

They released it early, and there were no lines. There wasn't even a line at the anniversary party official release day. As for the coconut flavor, IMO this one has way more than Prop did. Great beer and fairly cheap.

Whole Foods in Greenville has lots of this left. 8.99 a bottle.

Still at Total Wine in Greenville as well.

For those near Charlotte, Frugal McDoogal in Fort Mill still has some. Not on the shelf. Ask for it, as it's kept in the back.

Stores that got it in Athens only got one case. Been awhile since this hyped of a release came through.

Any left in Greenville? Greens or Total Wine?

As of even Saturday, Whole Foods on Woodruff had a crap ton of 4th still left. You should still be able to find some at TW and possibly Greens, as well.

NP, I'll say Whole Foods even had it at $8.99 I think, on sale, so that might be your best bet, if you can stand the horrid Woodruff Road traffic.

I'm passing through off of 85 so it might not actually be all that bad of a deal. Could even stop for lunch.

I honestly thought this beer was just average. Hype from the label makes it sound delicious, but I had it on draft the other day it just tasted burnt and creamy. No coconut or almond. Doesn't even come close to Mexi Cake or Skoons.

I think your tastebuds were off that day, you might want to give this one another taste. While I don't care for the people at Westbrook this is one well crafted beer.

I'm totally open to the idea that in the bottle in might taste different. On draft, it wasn't a good beer to me, and I love stouts and drink a ton of them. My tastebuds were working just fine that day and they told me to get an Oak Aged Yeti to ease the disappointment of this one :-)

I had 2 bottles of it and it was just "meh". And Imperial Stouts are my favorite. I think they rushed with it and wanted it distro'd by Christmas.

There is an 'okay' amount of coconut but nowhere near the level that I've gotten from multiple bottles of Prop. I actually got much more almond and cocoa. A good beer, I very much enjoyed it, but it's not coconut heavy to my palette. Coconut is my favorite adjunct too, so I'd like to think I'm pretty tuned it to its flavor.

I enjoyed the WB4 but you can definitely tell that the intention of that beer was to be put in barrels. I would imagine they spice the BAWB4 after it has come out of the barrel so there is definitely room to improve if/when that happens. Has anyone else wondered if Mex Cake and 4yr are the same base beer but spiced differently?
