Hi everyone, we are a start-up brewery located between Omaha and Sioux City. Just off I29 in Onawa, Iowa. We have a projected opening of Fall of 2015 but as everyone knows many factors determine the exact date. The brewery and taproom will be in a 5,100 sq ft building in downtown Onawa. We will produce a core lineup that includes IPA, English Robust Porter, Imperial Stout, and more rotating beers. We will also produce a diverse line of wild, sour, 100% Brett & other farmhouse ales. This lineup will be known as the Loess Hills Farmhouse Series. The Loess Hills Farmhouse Series will be released in 750ml bottles and draft around Iowa initially.
