Anyone have Fully Juiced? I’m loving it.

Was thinking of picking it up, I really need to head to the brewery again. If anybody visits the brewery, the restaurant on the corner, Nancy's Townhouse, is worth a visit. They have the best thin crust pizza in the world and always have at least one Wet Ticket beer on draught.

Never eaten downtown but I’ll check it out the next time I’m at the brewery. Was thinking of swinging by this weekend to see what’s left of the Anniversary Porter. Assuming they still have bottles.

Since I'm not really afraid of it blowing up just based on this forum, I'll plug it - Nancy's pizza and chicken parm is the best of either I've ever had, full stop. That place is my favorite restaurant on Earth and I will be inconsolable should it ever close. It is a member of my family. Go to Nancy's.

I’m sure it’ll be good. My palate is not that refined. Worst comes to worst, I’ll pawn them off on my wife.

I went over the weekend to pick up a couple bottles of the anniversary Porter. Haven’t tried it yet. I picked up a crowler of the Spanktown which I thought was an excellent West Coast IPA: Bright, bitter, piney, lemon citrusy and pithy. Definitely would buy it again.

I also picked up a crowler of One Way Ticket - Mosaic, which did not impress me. On the heels of the Spanktown, I definitely got the stone fruit, tropical fruit notes from the Mosaic, but the flavor and nose was too subtle for me. Perhaps my mistake was following the Spanktown.

I did not get the chance to go to Nancy’s. I had my daughter with me and it was just a quick in and out on the way home from errands.

One Way Ticket has been hit or miss for me. I've really enjoyed it a few times but other times it falls flat flavor wise.

I wasn’t impressed with the mosaic ticket either.

Yeah, Nancy's is basically family for me, too. My mom was going there when she was pregnant with me back when it was called Paoli's Townhouse in the 1970s and has been a staple for my family for decades. Family who moved out of NJ insist on going to the Townhouse whenever they come back to visit us. Goddamn is that pizza good.

Back to Wet Ticket, I may have to snag some of that Fully Juiced. Glad to see that Wet Ticket is distributing, too since I live much closer to a few liquor stores carrying their beer than to the brewery itself.

As it so happens, I stopped in on Friday and had a freshly poured Trolley Hopper and brought some home. That's a really nice IPA. It was the first time I visited in two years, coincidentally, both times were to meet my parents for dinner to celebrate their anniversary. This time 'round, the Townhouse had an hour wait so we headed to CubaNu, just across the street. Fantastic Cuban food and they had Wet Ticket's Fully Juiced on draught, another solid NE IPA from Tim Pewitt and company.

I'm hoping I'll be able to head to Wet Ticket for the NJCB "Beer Up" on May 9.

They do have good can art, some of which is done by a local (as in down the street) design firm. Or so a little bird told me.

I went through a couple four packs of it. Enjoyed it very much. Label art definitely reminds me of nugget nectar.

And while I’m back here I have to add that I love Rahway or the Highway.
