Probably a little late to post this, but here we go. I'm going to brew tomorrow, there are three beers that I want to brew in the next couple of months, and I don't have any strong opinions any way. I have all the ingredients for any of them on hand. Rye IPA would be hopped with Columbus/Chinook/Simcoe Rye Porter would have a buttload of different types of rye, including some flaked rye toasted to what I'm going to figure is around 50-60L Hoppy Brown is almost a Brown IPA, utilizing mostly Amarillo
