I see see trades for points, what do they mean? Also trading for shipping labels, how does that work?

I use points for trading sometimes. Mostly when I have a bunch of stuff to offer. Assign a random point value to a beer you are looking for and then offer a list of beers you are willing to trade. Each beer you have for trade has a point value. Somebody can then choose whatever beers they want to total up to the same point value of the beer I'm seeking. Whether or not they agree with relative point values is a different issue I guess. I try to assign points close to $4$ and less about the hype a particular beer may have.

A label is usually a way a trader is being generous. If you make a FedEx or UPS label I'll send you beers. It is a great way to share beers, usually aimed at newer traders/ba members.
Points is some traders' way of simplifying trades. They put a point value on their beer, and list other beers that they want with lower values. They are hoping to make a package deal.
    Hope this helps
