What are Sixpoints best beers?

We have a limited selection at my liquor store, but I got the Hi-Res tonight. I liked it well enough I had my wife grab another 4 pack on the way home. Resin is a staple for me, and when I have been out of town I have had the Bengali a few times. Six point is quickly becoming one of my favorite breweries.

 

I never had Sixpoint brews until this week, but I am now a believer. Started my experience with Resin, an even though I'm not typically an IPA guy, I really enjoyed it. I'm sipping on a Beast Mode now, and am really enjoying the complex flavors. I am also looking forward to trying the Sweet Action tonight, as well as the Hi-Res that my wife picked up. I gotta say that Sixpoint really kicks ass!

 

There actually are some of the 2014 floating around...so its good to make sure our customers are drinking the fresh ones!

I've only tried Global Warmer, but liked it very much. It tastes more like an IPA than a red, but is delicious. I bought a 6 pack of Beast Mode tonight since I love porters and for obvious reasons with the Super Bowl as I cheer on the Seahawks.

 

Let's put it this way: we have a great surprise in store for the 2nd half of this year ;-)

with a name like "hophugger" who would have thought? :-)

I love Resin, Hi Res and Bengali. Sure do miss 3beans and Diesel. I go back to the east coast at least 3months out of the year and always pick up sixpoint and take back ALOT to San Diego. I'm originally from brooklyn so Im proud to bring them back for the guys.

 

Thanks but no thanks. Whenever I go to NYC, I spend my time and money elsewhere. You will just be a brewery I never drink. We've actually already had this discussion before.

 

Want to finally try Resin. And the buzz around Hi-Res is very tantalizing.

in what way? Perhaps this is best discussed in private, but we do not accept treating customers (or anyone) like "condescending turds." That being said, we don't accept anyone treating us this way either, so we should definitely have a discussion about this.

 

well I just had my first Hi Res so would have to say that its my Fav.... plus its pretty friggin good....... update:.... did not see the 10.5 ABV till after I felt it..... still a great beer!!

Respectfully I think you should speak, "off stage" about this as @Sixpoint suggested. The brewery and it representatives have been nothing short of a class act and they deserve better than this comment.

yeah that's a result of this year's formulation...we wanted to dial back the booziness but dial in the hop juice!

Will I expect to hear from you? Or do you just want to drop in here on a public forum from time to time and make unsubstantiated accusations without dignifying them with direct contact? For what its worth, the offer still stands and will always stand - we will address whatever issue you may have had and will not settle for anything less than the gold standard in customer service.

There was another user on this site who made an unsubstantiated claim on a forum, and then followed that up with a bunch of disparaging comments about the brand and the company. We provided him our direct line, and even offered to fly him out on our expense (or visit him at our expense) and have a beer and talk about it face-to-face, whatever problem there was - giving him the benefit of the doubt that there actually was a problem, as he did not substantiate it. Guess what - we never heard from him...but every now and then he still makes it a point to pop into a forum and spew some negativity.
