Damn this is a Tough one!~soooooo many gr8 Breweries out there,I Suppose "Sierra Nevada" will Always be very Close to my Heart, they pretty much got me into "Craft Beer" and also their Price point can't be beat with a F'n Bat, there are times when I can pickup a 12ver of their Pale Ale,Celebration & Torpedo for $12.99 each...[and they are Fresh!] getting such top quality, stellar, well made Brew @ such a gr8 Price is Always Fantastic,..however @ this point in time I would have to say "Ballast Point" is my #1 Brewery...Their "Big Eye & Sculpin" IPA's make me Cry when I drink them [Tears of pure joy;]~I know it is your "TWO Favorite breweries"...BUT,I am an East Coast Guy,and it seems I always Favor all the "West Coast" Breweries,so I @ least have to mention "Brooklyn Brewery" who [IMHO] Make the Best Stouts I have ever had, their "Black Chocolate Stout" being so Amazing it Boggles one's mind how anyone could make such a nectar of the Gods~cheers all!

Sound Brewing in Poulsbo, WA for their Belgian focus and experimenting.

Elysian Brewing in Seattle, WA because they never have fear to try new tastes or takes on beers and most usually end up pretty good.

Didn't mean to have them both be home state picks but if I see new bottles from these two I'm usually reaching for it. That is the hallmark of a favorite I think.

Toppling Goliath, although their distro communication is extremely cryptic and therefore cocky.
    Russian River

Half Acre is a close third.

Not surprising, but if I would have answered this just a few months ago:

    GLBC and Souther Tier

    fast forward to now:

    Founder's/GLBC tie
    Short's a very close 'second'

  14. AWA

Firestone Walker and Sierra Nevada. SN just gives so much bang for the buck I have to give them props. And any brewery that gives us Parabola, Wooky Jack, and Double Jack just has to be mentioned.

My favorite two locals. CCB for obvious reasons, Cycle for Crank alone.

Non-local, Wicked Weed is up there...and Pipeworks always kills it...those 2 come to mind immediately.
