That's too bad. I've been super impressed with their quality, despite the fact they've only been open a little while. All the barrel beers they have (esp oil man) as well as Little Mo, First Cast, and the rest of their staples are solid thru and thru. 8 Second is the best Kolsch I've had since I was in Germany. Hope you have a better experience next time. They're still my go-to, though

Dallas has a couple of great locals (Community & Deep Ellum) that are highly available here and are my go-to. Otherwise, it would have to be Oskar Blues or Ballast Point.

Russian River, Lagunitas, and Bear Republic. They are all within 15 miles and I don't like to drive very far.

    On a somewhat local level

New Glarus - their worst beer I know I will still not regret the purchase, and drink it easily
Central Waters - Great Barrel beers, solid line up
Ale Asylum - like every beer they brew
Toppling Goliath - see Ale Asylum
Summit - Sort of like New Glarus, I know everything they put out will be a quality product

    Not that Local

Bells - See Summit and New Glarus
Lagunitas - A lot of hop profiles may be similar, but hot damn do I love that profile
Sierra Nevada - I know it will never be a waste of money
Dark Horse - have not had to much, but everything I have has been solid-amazing
Founders - Good special, good year round.... What is not to like?
New Belgium - Good beer, great price, nice variety

Much more than all others. Next up comes Bell's and Founder's, probably Founder's more because I always have DB on hand, but I get Two Hearted (sometimes Centennial) a lot as well.
