    Being from Northern California:
-Sierra Nevada (any thing in their line up but Pale Ale on draught in even the most remote places)
    -Anchor (any)
    -Lagunitas (any)
    -Deschutes
-Russian River (any time it's available-nothing beats grabbing a couple of Blind Pigs to bring in to a Giants game!)
    -Bear Republic (any)

I usually try something new that I haven't tried before but that was not the OP's question.

Butcher's Tears, De Prael and Het Ij are breweries I go to most often, as they're in Amsterdam. After that, there are only really De Molen and Jopen that I go to with any regularity. Oh, and Fullers. I've been there quite often in the last couple of years. I've few open invites for breweries in London that I neeed to make time for.

You poor bastards probably dont get Houston's best brewery since its still considered small... dont distribute all that far away. Karbach is awesome. Great pale ales, IPAs , limited releases, seasonal... all that. That place doesnt seem to able to mess a beer up.
