If I magically find myself in a beer desert or need cans and SNPA cans are not present, I'll grab Yeungling or Sam Adams as a backup to these.

    Wild card - Evil Twin
Local wild cards - Barrier/Peekskill (two best NYC(ish) breweries IMO)

I'll admit I'm not super brand loyal, generally doing mix-a-sixers when shopping and trying new stuff when at beer bars, but very rarely does more than a few days go by without having something from these brewers.

I think I'm the first person to mention Evil Twin, but it is very prominent in Brooklyn, and the recent price drops have made purchases much more common.

With Barrier and Peekskill, neither have a bottle or canning presence (Barrier has done a few limited bottle runs), but they are frequent pint pours at my favorite watering holes.

When I find myself spending too much time looking, and nothing is popping out at me, I usually go to the delicious delicious fail proofs .

    Ithaca. (Flower Power)
    Sierra Nevada (usually Torpedo)
    Troegs (not too picky)
Stone (always has something for me)

And most of the time when they have it, I walk out with a 16oz can of Dales.
