What are your House Beers?

    Well I'd have to say IPAs are pretty regular for me, and pale ales. I think I want to tweak my Juniper pale ale and brew that regularly, because it was so damn good. But you can pretty much be assured that I'll always have a few bottles of pale ales and IPAs. Pretty standard, but hey, you gotta go with what you like and balance it with what's efficient to make.

    Usually an IPA/Pale, session beer, Stout and some form of Wheat based Beer.

    Currently have 10 brews on tap (Competitions and Fundraiser for wife's non-profit): Peanut Butter & Chocolate Milk Stout, Milk Stout, Chai Milk Stout, Chocolate Cherry Milk Stout, IPA, Triple dy hopped IPA, Apollo single hop DIPA, Weizen, Export Saison, XPA and Double Dry hopped XPA.

    I switch it up frequently, but saisons show up in my carboys more than anything else.
