I agree with many of the posts. But not one of ya mentioned GI Night Stalker. Or did it just simply slip your mind?

Most all I'd mention already have been, so I'll just throw one of my personal favorites in, which happens to be a local beer: Sonoran Inebriator Stout. I've had it a number of times, but recently had it side by side (on draft) against Stone IRS and much preferred the Sonoran brew. Maybe a bit of a homer on this one, but I really think it's a pretty fantastic stout and no other Arizona stouts would make my list.

Big Black Bear isn't even an imperial stout, let alone a RIS. Whomever entered it into BA's system labeled it wrong.

Hmm.. this is a tough one. After thinking it over for a few, here's what I came up with:

    Cascade Diesel
    Abyss
    BCBS
    Black Albert
    D.O.R.I.S.

Other notables include Night Stalker (when it was avail), Smutty IS, and Founders IS

Certain beer's, like Espresso Oak Aged Yeti, BCBS, etc. aren't listed as "Russian" IS, rather just "American" or "Double" IS, so that's why I didn't list them. But if you're gonna count them, then throw those two on the list!
