The dark fruit notes combined with the coffee in Peche Mortel is heavenly! Probably my favorite non-BA imperial stout with coffee added. Definitely among my favorites at least...

Tip hosting an RPS finals LIF from a hotel room on an iPad with images is stressful, good thing stress relievers exist..
I still have yet to do this horizontal. Have the beers, need the next day off work, haha. However, I fear Peche will be last. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Peche (and the fact that I can get it for 13.99$/6er) but FBS just has this...thing..for lack of a better word. Maybe a tad more "sessionable", like a warm hug, haha. Maybe it's also because I was on the hunt for it for over a year until I finally landed a case. Speedway, though I have a bottle, I have not yet tried, so looking forward to that. Cheers, man!
They are pretty damn consistent. I'm at the brewpub about once a week. Always have cool stuff on tap. However, there have been some swing-and-misses. The experimentation is always encouraged!

Started with a Sierra Nevada Stout, now I'm finishing a leftover bottle of Bell's Winter White Ale (eh). Then will be trying some Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout for the first time ever, which will also be my first ever beer from said brewery. I'm stoked, to say the least.
