What beer are you drinking during the lunar eclipse?

    I'm sure any 50/50 Eclipse would be good, but I'm going with Nogne Dark Horizon from 2008. Seemed appropriate.

    I had a homebrew Imperial Oatmeal stout aged with bourbon and oak.
    That one's now finished, and due to work, I don't feel like opening another beer - so a bit of port is the finishing libation for the evening.

    It's been 3+ days of dreary and there is no way to see the sky through the clouds. I'll suspend disbelief and assume religiously that the world will go on. Just might freak me out otherwise......It took me all day to drink that Weyerbacher Sunday Morning Stout, but now it's gone. I would love to have witnessed the event, but I'm certain there's going to be ample record.

    Passed on beer tonight. Just drank vodka,soda and cranberry juice. Adjusted the cranberry as the moon turned darker. It was kinda awesome to watch.
