    Reviews:

Very nice pale lager. Good head retention and light clingy lacing down the glass. Aromas and flavors of cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Aromas are a bit muted, but pleasantly balanced. Light herbal/spicy balancing bitterness on the finish. Very robustly flavorful with balanced pils/munich malt and earthy hop flavors. Extremely clean with very minimal estery yeast notes present. Smooth and crisp finish with slight bready creaminess in the mouthfeel. Not too dry on the finish with some light lingering flavor notes. Really quite impressive for the style. Robust, balanced, and very clean. Really enjoyed this one.

Really great stuff! Poor head retention, but has a lingering ring of head with spotty lacing on the glass and ample supporting carbonation. BIG aromas and flavors of caramel, brown sugar, molasses, licorice, vanilla, cola, wood, mint, toast, biscuit, and herbal/spice earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/woody bitterness, with well balanced malt and spice flavors. Medium-full bodied with a fairly slick/syrupy mouthfeel as expected. No cloying sweetness. Overall this was definitely better than Fathers root beer. Had far stronger aromatic qualities and felt a bit more like a beer with the noticeable toasty/bisuity malt character. Also the spices actually provided some bitterness against the sizable sweetness. Really delicious.

Seeing as I have a probably over 20 hideout beers in cellar stock, I have a lot of work to do. This is an IPA with Falconers/7 C's/Zythos hops. Aromas and flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, and pine; with moderate caramel/toffee/toasted bread malt sweetness. Good sized pine/citrus rind bitter finish. Well balanced malts and bitterness with a lot of juicy feeling hops from the darker malt bill. Smooth sipping with moderate creaminess and sticky lingering resins in the mouthfeel. No cloying bitterness. Another delicious East Coast style IPA from them as expected, minimal complaints.

Sad that they made more, will be more accessible, and a new Rare? So sad.

    Autumn has begun!!! (For beer)
    My second favorite beer season:grinning:
And I've been waiting for this one since hearing about and it does not disappoint. Very easy going (I could easily see myself knocking back a few of these anytime of day. Light enough to be refreshing despite the oppressive AZ heat and still full of flavors you would expect. Cheers!

Also going Sixpoint: 4 Beans up next, this 10% ABV is well hidden. I will try not to drink all of them within the nest few days! I guess my son will be a Tight End. He went to go with running backs & the coaches said no. I'm more annoyed than he is, he's young, I told him if he really wanted to do it he can wait until he is older, no sense getting all beat up at the tender age of 11. I think he is mostly playing for the socializing with his buddies any how...
