    Last night's follies with @millerbuffoon after bottling his fresh cone IPA, it's like ... sitting around, cranking a few back, and reminiscing about the Beers that "almost" got away ...

    And now? Time to start paying some attention to my own home project, the batch from two weeks ago is reaching terminal gravity and is now sitting at 8.3%, was shooting for a big, fruity D-IPA with my Centennial cones and ended up with a big, thick and boozy Imperial Kolsch/IPA hybrid since I was experimenting with a different yeast strain for an IPA ... you reap what you sow. :sunglasses::grinning: (used Kolsch yeast)

    And this Frankenstein beer will need to be racked to secondary because it's still pretty cloudy!

    And finally getting to what's in my glass right now, just glad to see I'm not the only one with a cloudy beer and had to have an IPA where the brewer got it right! :stuck_out_tongue::grinning:

    The plan was to go to Hair of the Dog to try their collab with De Molen... But they're closed on Mondays. So, I'm at The Loyal Legion drinking a Ninkasi Ground Control instead... Not quite the same.

    Haha, I wish I were that lucky (here in Brooklyn) to hide away beer like this! Beer spot nearby just put out six bottles on Friday, snagged one and that's the one in the glass!
