    I'm on the same page as @BeerVikingSailor and bringing these cones in to brew. The wet weather this year has brought on a lot of fungus and insects. Making my beer break count as I switch from harvesting Centennial to Cascade. A sure sign that summer is starting to wane......

    De Molen Spanning & Sensatie (Russian Imperial Stout). I believe that De Molen just can't brew a mediocre beer. Great one, brewed with seasalt, cocoa and chili peppers. Cheers!

    Busy day so far running errands and trying to beat the rains. Just as I sit down in the pool with this light afternoon beer, lightning cracks:
