Ended up going to Whole Foods today and pretty much everything Cigar City and Sierra Nevada was on sale, so I happily picked up some Jai Alai and Narwhal that I shall be enjoying tonight.

Well after trying a few brews at a local Drought House, I'm back home still doing some taste testing. Never tried Hopnotch and doubt I'll ever buy it again. Very drinkable but doesn't hold a candle to even some of the mediocre IPAs out there.

Stopped by the local brewery for a Stout to enjoy while studying.

    Bull Falls Oatmeal Stout

Has the classic sweetness and smoothness of an Oatmeal but is very lacking in the body (probably the thinnest stout I have ever had). With some adjustments to the body, it has the potential to be a solid take on an oatmeal

But it's Local and I like to support the little guys!

    Cheers!

No pics but just got back from the bar where I enjoyed some Odell Pale Mule Pale Ale (a pale ale with clementine and ginger), some Funkwers Single Hops Polaris and Dark Prophet, and some Elevation Little Mo' Porter.

Perhaps its my palette developing but thought the latest version of Dark Prophet was delicious, so much better than last years. Can't wait to open my bottle of it now.
