Pretty outstanding DIPA day.
Sculpin IPA after a very nice day. Cheers.
Knocking down a Harpoon 100 Barrel Series Director's Cut. Decent but not great. A little dissapointing.
Moving on to this.
I had a Hopslam earlier, and have moved on to a Surly Smoke.
everyone is either on the west coast, the midwest, or the east coast where these world famous beers like lagunitas sucks and anything by founders is available. as a southerner (and to all southerners) i reply with buried hatchet by southern star. great american stout by a brewery i will soon be employed by

Goose Island BCBS while watching Indiana and Michigan. Man this beer is exquisite!! Bought some Schlafly AIPA today now that they've switched up the release on that beer...brewed 1/29/13. Will have one of those next. Go IU (for my wife the IU alum)!!
Here's some time delay...
Stood there with a Hopslam in one hand and a Nugget Nectar in the other. I promised the Hopslam I would give it sloppy seconds with my mouth.
This could've gone either way, but it's really pretty fantastic.

After an extremely long day of house hunting it's snowing in south NJ. Tonight's most definitely a stout night.
Went over to my man Jeremy's place earlier for a tasting (thanks, bentonquest, ThePorterSorter, & SyracuseBeerNerd) where I enjoyed a number of nice beers, and a couple of bourbons . . . :
Russian River Beatification, Jan. 2011
Cantillon Classic Geuze, Sept. 2011
Pannepot Reserva, 2008
Mikkeller Black Hole - Cognac
New Glarus Wisconsin Belgian Red
Lagunitas Sucks (bottled Jan. 15)
Pappy 15yr / Willett single barrel 7yr
