    Lunch beer today. A little caramel and dried fruit up front, a tinge of bitterness on the finish. Nicely done. Enjoying with pita chips and an assortment of cheeses. The apparent lack of carbonation here is my fault, not the beer's. I recapped this a while back, and it didn't quite make it. Still nice enough in flavor that I couldn't bring myself to dump it.

    No. Not, at, all. Yet picture everything you like in a DIPA (except booze) this beer has it. Citrus, Tropical Fruits and Resinous hops...it has all that. If you're looking for Rich Malt and Yeast Complexities then I say buy Rochefort 10.

    On the release forum I complained that this beer was a stupid idea thinking it was a traditional quad but with a shit ton of hops. Reading your description it looks like it is a quadruple IPA. Finally, the hate I have in my heart is gone. And I think I will try this Rochefort 10 that you speak of.
