I too have been enjoying this relaiable tasting Double that doesnt kick your ass . The flavor and its low rating should be recognized a little more closely. You can even drink it right from the bottle. I have been hooked on this for a couple of years now and just bought yet another six pack yesterday, second one in two weeks. I have one more northern lights left and have enjoyed it too as your standard run of the mill IPA> Cheers!

Appears to be unfiltered and a massive amount of different flavors .[IMG] He actually sent this one too.

100% agreed on all counts! Starr Hill is the real deal, I wish they got a little more widespread recognition.

Last time I had this it was on tap, the bottle isn't bad, but I'm not in love so much this time around...

up a little too late last night, and certainly too early this morning, but managing to get things done.
A Java Power will help me keep going!

Flower Power with Gimme! Coffee. Two great Ithaca beverages in one tasty beer.

Morning, all! I had duty yesterday, so I missed Horns Up Friday. Catching a flight later today to visit my kids, so I likely won't be checking in as frequently in the coming week.

Hitting up my first beer of the day, finally (it seems).

A couple pics of Fall in full swing here (at least on some of the trees) from the drive home. (Don't worry, I pulled over to take the pics!)

Bad dubbing? Does the name Sandy Frank mean anything to you? If not, check out MST3K.

Haha, you do realize that @TongoRad & I are the founding fathers of the now-dormant WBAYDN MST3K club, right? :grinning:
That being said, you have a point...

How did you find the Founders Harvest? I had a couple last week and I probably won't be going back for more. I'll double-check with my last two, but it came off as green and 'unripe', with more of an herbal mintyness than full-on pineyness; overall undeveloped flavors this year.

Pleasant beer surprise this morning. Went up to the local gas station to get some 2 liters for the young folks coming by later on. Normally the only sweets they carry are Bell's 2H and whatever their current seasonal is. Today I look in the cooler and find sixers of Deschutes Black Butte for 8 bucks  So my light lunch before CFB comes with 100% more smiles.
