Welcome to Evil Twin, pretty good beer at an outrageous price... If was somewhere with more selection, I doubt would ever drink them again. Just saying...

One of the beers from my brother in law from the mail. Haven't had anything by this brewery. Very nice for the style. [IMG]

    Finishers:

Always delicious. Flavors of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove; with balanced gingerbread and toasted malt sweetness with some floral/grassy/lightly piney hop notes. Light-moderate bitterness. A touch on the hoppy side, but still really well balanced and has a lot of pumpkin fruit flavors against the spice notes. Been buying a lot of it this year.

One of my numerous Brown ale favorites. Robust flavors of caramel, chocolate, toffee, toast, brown bread, nuttiness, and light wood smoke/coffee; with some light-moderate balancing herbal/floral hop bitterness. Nice moderately creamy medium bodied mouthfeel with a smooth finish. A very traditional tasting brown ale, despite having smoked malts. They are not overdone at all.

11.5 month old Storm King. Excellent! Huge dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toast, dark bread, and smoke/charred malts; with moderate citrus/herbal/piney hops; with a balanced sticky bitter/roast chalky finish. Very smooth with minimal alcohol for the ABV. Tasting fairly similar to fresh raspy right now. Really great stuff.

    Cheers!

Mmmm.... had the vanilla rye at GABF and refuse to go apeshit in search of it and variants this year... very fun brew and more of a liqueur than a beer, cheers LNBA's!!!
