Just got off of work after 20 days in a row. Celebrating with a beer from my favorite local brewery. First time trying this one.

Just opened one my brother dropped of last week. From reviews it pours cloudy, but should it have these particles floating in it?

    Tastes okay.

come on mang, you're young enough to know what todays slang is.

to say something is metal is an expression of approval.
to say something is soo fucking metal means that you really, really like it.

Went to the DFH brewery today. Had some of my favorites, and a new one, Rhizing Bines. Was Excellent.

Chuggin down a Bud Light my father-in-law gave me. Not really about the taste but its quenching my thirst.
Got some Narwhal and Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stouts in the fridge for later.

    Cheers!

After finishing my honey-do list, I cracked open an Alpine Nelson shipped to me by a friend who was in Cali. Now I've moved on to Drake's Denogginizer [he's a good friend] and now I'm just about ready for a nap.

Blazing sun on a fresh coat of snow and a fresh Dark Horse Crooked Tree DIPA.
    Both so bright.

Amazing how DIPA's and IPA's character changes with changing temperature. A different thing, every few degrees of change.

I live on the WI/MN border so I decided to hop the river and get some MN stuff for the weekend, came back with a 4 pack of Abrasive, 4 Pack of Odells Myrcenary(not MN, but not avaliable in WI) and a new 6 pack I have never seen Lucid Foto IPA,

Started with a Lucid Foto IPA, very unique and suprise if I do say so, good stuff.
    then had a Two Hearted
and Now sippin a Surly Abrasive and man I forgot how good this stuff is... Pricy but at least the premium price tag is matched by a premium beer!

Firestone Wookey Jack - 3 months old, it has lost some of the sweetness and floral notes that made it so special just 30 days ago. But still a good beer for a kid's 6 year BDay!

After 2 plus feet of snow, 6 hours of snow blowing, shoveling, and roof raking, I am now dreaming for spring. And what comes with spring? Flowers!

Drinking Samuel Adams Octoberfest, not at all one of my favorites but it's actually
a great counter point to the hops of Celebration Ale and the smoke of the cigar

Had to trade... They don't even distribute. Kern releases it a couple times a year in limited quantities, and it's definitely worth trading for!
