Both so bright.


Amazing how DIPA's and IPA's character changes with changing temperature. A different thing, every few degrees of change.

I live on the WI/MN border so I decided to hop the river and get some MN stuff for the weekend, came back with a 4 pack of Abrasive, 4 Pack of Odells Myrcenary(not MN, but not avaliable in WI) and a new 6 pack I have never seen Lucid Foto IPA,

Started with a Lucid Foto IPA, very unique and suprise if I do say so, good stuff.
then had a Two Hearted
and Now sippin a Surly Abrasive and man I forgot how good this stuff is... Pricy but at least the premium price tag is matched by a premium beer!

 

I knew I should have moved to Colorado.

Firestone Wookey Jack - 3 months old, it has lost some of the sweetness and floral notes that made it so special just 30 days ago. But still a good beer for a kid's 6 year BDay!

Beck's, it is a beer wasteland in NW Louisiana.

 

After 2 plus feet of snow, 6 hours of snow blowing, shoveling, and roof raking, I am now dreaming for spring. And what comes with spring? Flowers!

a great counter point to the hops of Celebration Ale and the smoke of the cigar
