Oh. My. God. Soooo delicious.........
So bright, so fruity, so creamy, so much funky dank, green, fruity hops. And a great super-familiar-seeming taste in the finish that I can't quite put my finger on [edit: it's mango].
I really like that glass!
Madame Janette's, Aruba.
That first whiff is the best thing I have smelt all day.
Great pic...In my head I hear you going "Do ya want some?" And he answers back "YEEEAHHHHHH!"
Great tune and album as well!
BBB #45, many thanks to an amazing BA'r @Dan_K for the hookup!
Just got back from 2 weeks in France and found this at a local Trader Joe's. Life is good. Cheers!
After what seems like quite a long vigil at sea she's back ...... And she was canned on the 12th. Pretty damn tasty.
Flavor on this one is actually really good. Didn't expect it to be cuz I had never had a Brazilian quad. Unfortunately, there was zero carbonation. Maybe the corking process is responsible. Oh well, still drank it all happily.
WHAT?!?!?! No side of fries? That's just effed up man!
Mid week fridge cleaning
Trying something new tonight. Jackie O's Paw Paw Wheat. I really enjoy this!
PAW PAW WHEAT
IMPERIAL WHEAT ALE
The paw paw fruit, the tropical tree fruit and native fruit of Ohio, is something we take great pride in. Paw paw trees flourish in Athens’ temperate climate and produce a one-of-a-kind experience in our beer. Flavors of mango, banana, and a touch of melon.
Never had the beer but it looks good. I have always liked the tune.
My bro-in-law grows them in PA- very tasty fruit indeed!
One last great DIPA for tonight this one from Foley Brothers Prospect.
Looks great. Almost as good as last years.
I guess I'll start drinking double to make up for @MUTINY 's PBRs this week-
Don't forget about this Saturday!!! MST3K and Turkey Beer Day!
Just enjoyed pours of Abraxas and Vanilla Abraxas (2015). Outstanding! Also scored bottles of Abraxas to take home. Very happy!
That's a great brew. Was able to try just one....
Even comic strip characters agree it's beer o'clock.
Any day i can listen to this entire album is a good day indeed.
I think I read somewhere that the Surgeon General recommended this diet. Keep up the good work!
Nordic Pines Double IPA
grateful to have seen @guinness77 drinking this one the other night, otherwise I'd never have known it existed.
Pretty good DIPA. It would make a nice addition to next years Box of Hops.
Very cool! I am picking up tons of citrus and berry notes from the paw paw fruit. It's really an enjoyable taste. Cheers!
Thing 2 got a wild hair last night to come down to Philly for a ballgame, at 0-11, they're practically giving tickets away ($6 for nose bleed seats)! They're playin' our hometown boyz so...Eh, why not?..
Good father son bonding time and I can tell you we didn't come down here to see the Sixers either!
Robert Cray!!! Sweet ! And I love that tune. Have that concert on CD fantastic. And talk about dynamics on the guitar.....right up there with Clapton and Buddy Guy....
Stoneface IPA. I had no clue these guys started distributing to Mass, but I can definitely get behind this. Delicious.
I still for some reason have some bottles of this in the fridge from July. They probably suck now, but they were wonderful in July when I had them.
My first time.
Due South Brewing Co. - Pico Duarte
Stoudts makes some pretty tasty brew's, it's been many years for me.
Love that brew!
No fries equals more beer
Always loved when I got an Ithaca brew in a trade!
