Kuhnhenn Nine 9 - Braggot
Widmer South by North West. This is pretty dang good. Best Widmer I've ever had possibly...
My lucky day. Some righteous dude from Chicago gave this to me at a beer fest. Actually gave it to me for a West Coast guy to try. He isn't on BA but advocacy happens anytime, anyplace. Big shout out to him nonetheless. Great stuff.
Growler of Boneyard RPM IPA. BOOM!
After getting stiffed by Founders, decided to drive to Kuhnhenn anyway. Glad I did.
and the Blueberry Eisbock:
The time has come, this one's for you Bud!
Enjoying this with some crackers and buffalo chicken dip. Feeling 80's hair bands tonight! Lol.
I have to find some; the lollipops aren't working.
Sailing the Dark Seas...
This has been asked many times in these threads but how do you guys post pics here?
From the Basque country, who know of the Dark Seas, comes Ilbeltz, my friend Ibai's solo band:
I probably shouldn't admit this, but i actually was finally able to obtain my KBS ticket while driving here. I found Kuhnhenn to be almost zen-like after the morning i went through with BPT. Strolling through a fast-moving bottle line with the place half-empty while enjoying a pour of KBE, (which I think is fantastic) definitely revived my Saturday.
Blind Pig at the Spinnerstown Hotel today. Awesome!! As always!
The old reliable.
I'm sure there are easier ways, but I load mine on facebook, then copy the url and paste in the insert image option. If I don't want to share with facebook, I set the privacy to only me.
I just bought it within the last 2 weeks.
Check out pinypic.com - doesn't require an account and takes a few seconds. Cut-n-Paste the provided URL here and 'ur done.
New brewery in Queens, New York, Singlecut Beersmiths. This is their DIPA called Billy Full Stack. Very good. Crazy expensive though, a 64 growler fill at brewery is $26 (without growler) ! Not to mention the growler itself without the beer is $20!
Had this last night! was really good. Now on to this...maybe my new favorite pale.
Starting the evening with Ruthless Rye. Taking wife to see Clint Black perform tonight.
Hmm... well I checked my e-mail and low and behold, I had a "Confirmation Order" e-mail from BPT. So looks like it went through... Even though the site itself had said my cart expired... Weird.
At Red Robin with the family. Having a Prime Chophouse Burger with a Goose Island IPA.
My kids are driving me to drink...
Love this 2012
My little girls family birthday party today and no other craft beer drinkers so doing my own thing.
In the fridge for tonight we have some palate wrecker, bigfoot, sucks and 3 Floyds pride & joy
Just finished off a 3Beans and watching the snow fall. Maybe a Trois Pistoles next.
First beer in a while, been a long week. Tired Hands HandFarm. Cheers!
Started with a Central Waters BBS, Followed with this Ovila Barrel aged Dubbel (wine barrels). Here's to hoping Sierra Nevada continues this brew. Exceptional to say the least.
Brother Thelonious, Bell's Smitten, Sucks.
Southern Tier 2X Stout. I should have bought more 3Beans.
Wife and kiddo away....daddy gets to play. NEXT! First Dreadnaught and back to the West Coast. Bring on the crappy slam dunk competition.
Courtesy of huskermike12...this has been a want of mine for a while. Damn tasty!
Had to open one of these (Perennial BA Abraxas) as it is a bright and sunny but brisk and cold day here in StL.
