I do enjoy a good read, although, with two kids roaming around I have little time for those heady adventures these days - they will be waiting I'm sure.

Potty training my daughter as well. I've never had Southampton, perhaps it could help.

Some of the new MH stuff. The Rye IPA is decent, the gose is just meh.

<---- This guy was selected for a five-day retreat to work on his novel. Wishin' I had bought four of these babies instead of just the one. The brushback on BA made me reluctant, but honestly if the beer was just two bucks cheaper I think it would have been a slam dunk hit. I could be wrong, of course.

I visited Seattle in 2000 and it was the best experience I have ever had! :grinning:

That place serves New Glarus?! My family is in WI, and I remember seeing signs for the Cheese Castle on the way to Marriott's Great America (suck it Six Flags, I'm old). Anyway, always thought Mars was a tourist trap. I have clearly err-ed.

Ok no pictures because of the shear chaos of this event. Anyone who was there can attest. A tasting even at the beer temple in Chicago. I got the chance to try these:
    2009 Juliet
    Cantillion gueZe and rose
Three floyds cognac barrel and chili aged dark lord
    Supplication
    Bourbon county rare
Well read temptress by pipe works

Was able to buy a BC coffee and BC cherry! As well as 2 well read temptress. Very good raspberry sour imo.

THANK YOU BEER TEMPLE CHICAGO! Made the trip from michigan well well worth it!

Sounds pretty familiar. I gave up on the idea of buying another needed bookshelf last year in order to justify more bottle space to my wife.

I closed off a bomber of Bitter Valentine on Wednesday night with one of those screw top things that pull the air out. I just opened it and it has plenty of carbonation left and is still amazing! Just a little experiment that went great. I'll finish this up and get into some stouts since its snowing out.
