A little Nugget Nectar in the midst of our 3 day weekend. CHEERS!

Starting off this Sunday night with this and it tastes like a German chocolate cake and coffee.
Ardbeg, love it! My favorite Islay malt. Had one last night with a Dirty Bastard.
So my boss made me buy a beer from his favorite brewery to use on my blog. I did because a) he's just tickled that we finally have something to talk about and b) because he pays me.
I am SO glad that he doesn't actually read anything I write because this was the foulest thing I have every drank. Hands down.
I like it, but I wanted it to be better.
Mixed a KRE and Michigan Mud 40/60 at Kuhnhenn a bit ago. It is awesome
Got this and a Founder's snifter from the wife for my birthday the other day but the Founder's glass had some weird shit I can't seem to get off of it
Good stuff! Thanks to Zaphog for this.
This is a perfect example of why trading is a beautiful thing.
Cheers ladies and gentlemen!
Can't wait for the Double Trouble release. Similar smell and taste.
Thanks - Greg, R.I.P. We have a bunch of his stuff on video/iTunes/DVD/(blah blah...media format)...my wife and I have watched them all multiple times over and still laugh as hard as the first time. He is missed by many and (IMO) ranks right up there as one of the best.
His wife might
It was good, Not great but enjoyable. Hop(e) you like it!
Big Sky - Scape goat pale ale
This is quite the interesting brew.
Yep, blame that cookie on my kids; anything with alot of sugar in it they hoard which isn't much different than their dad except it's in a can or bottle as opposed to a wrapper. (!!!) I was a little taken back in the beginning at how bold it is but as I get half way through everything starts to blend and the porter aspects starts to come through more, in the beginning it comes across more as a stout. It's definitely an interesting beer and I wish I had more than just this one can. Surprisingly, for 10%, the alcohol, though detectable in the beginning (just a little), overall is well hidden (which could be dangerous if you're not careful). It's definitely worth a try. I agree with Hanzo's comments from the other day, this Sixpoint ranks as one of my favorites from them as well.
Last swig of the Bell's Sweet Potato Stout, while waiting on my wort to boil. It's gonna be a late night, gents and gals...
I like hops in my B-wines, so I started with this deliciousness....
....and then I remembered I also like Beer in my Bourbon, so I poured this one-
Finishing the night w/ a Big Eddy Baltic Porter, but cant get off the couch for a pic. It's good!
Definitely agree. I thought what was interesting about it was how un-stoutlike it really is. I didn't know what to expect and don't have much experience with Baltic Porters, but I figured a 10% ABV dark beer brewed with coffee and chocolate was probably going to be very stout-y. In some ways, it is, but in a lot of other ways it was very different—but still plenty tasty in its own right. Very interesting beer, and very tasty.
But I still want to see Sixpoint put a proper imperial stout in a can . . . as well as a saison (lookin' at you, Harbinger).
2012. This gets such a love/hate following. I will say that the first time I had it (2010) I loved it!! It turned me on to the Flanders/Ode Buin style. This batch, not so much. I feel this is a little thinner than I like. It could be my palate though.
Sleepin' With Subby-Doo...er...I mean Sleepin' With Shaggy tonight.
After running on very little sleep or food for 5 days, I've decided to crack a growler of Alpine Bad Boy.
Let's see what happens.
I wish I could give you a point of reference. I bought it at a place in Columbus, OH when traveling through coming back to PA. I checked Breckenridge's website and it looks like they don't have it available, unfortunately. If it's any help, it's the Small Batch 471 glass.
Love the label!
Big Godzilla fan as a kid.
SkeeterBoganski taking care of a big want for me. You're the man!
Sticking with Central Waters tonight.
Pint #2 of Bad Boy. The world is spinnging.
Pretty good bottled 4-7-10
Bourbon Fred from the wood
I'll be cracking this in just a few. It's time to find out what the big deal is...
What's the link for the blog?
How is the BW? Was able to pick up a bottle but seems to be less of it out there than the PM.

I just started reading the Darkness vs Dark Lord thread. I might need to get something else on deck in case this doesn't work out.
