    Lagunitas Bitter Oats, paired with pepperjack cheese. (My go-to snacking cheese) I wasn't sure if I liked this beer at first, something about it threw me off--maybe it was because I never had an IPA before with a predominantly oat malt bill--but by the end of the bomber I enjoyed it so much I bought another one. It's a damn fine beer for sure. Lagunitas does not disappoint.
