    So after a Schneider Weisse Tap 7 with dinner, I enlisted the help of die Frau for a blind side-by-side.

    Results? Westvleteren 12 in a landslide. I do have do say I enjoyed the St. Bernardus, but it wasn't really close. Will have to buy some Rochefort 10 when I get the chance...

    It's wonderful, it's aged in Cabernet barrels, so it's quite tart without being sour.
