    Enjoying this bohemian Pilsner from Von Trapp!
    Nice light golden, crisp, love the feel/taste of Saaz hops. Spicy crispy yummy.

    Gooooooood Morning BA's! Happy Monday again:confused:, and thanks to all you O'Fest fanatics for bringing the noise yesterday for Stein Club Sunday. Unfortunately, the "real" Oktoberfest has come to its close:slight_frown:, but luckily for us... we're Americans! :grimacing::grinning:That Fest isn't over til we excessively say it is right?! Right. It's time for the Stein Club of the Day Awards! A lot of great ware yesterday, and again the Staff has included the "spirit of" participants (not quite steins, but awesome anyway!).

    This is certainly one of my top DIPAs in Chicago IMHO. I haven't had anything from Shaun at RAM Restaurant yet, though....and it sounds like he is absolutely killing it over there.
