    A home tonight and attempting to pare the cellar somewhat: Storm Peak Flare, a whiskey RIS homebrew from a friend, Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Barleywine, and a Crazy Mountain Snow Cat Stout. Pretty good night; I really should stay at home more often to work on the cellar!

    Highland Park is my favorite whisky by far, the 18-year old is amazing, and the 30 is the best thing I've ever drunk.

    I only had the 18yr once , but amazing it was . I hope to cross paths with the 30yr some day, without a doubt .
