This is the best American Amber Ale I've had the pleasure of drinking.



Heretic Brewing's Evil Twin (not to be confused with Evil Twin Brewing)

It's a new brewery that is distributed in CA, but you can buy it on the internet or trade for it. It's a robust and roasty malt forward beer. It has a big citrus hop aroma and a pleasant bitterness that prevents it from being a sweet malt bomb.

I thought is was outstanding for the style. It's a shame their artwork isn't as good as this beer, but you can't drink artwork...on second thought, yes you can!

I got one earlier this week, of all of the beer I've collected this year, this one is not going to last on my shelf long, probably get into this week. I'm very very intrigued. Cheers (love that glass too, my first non-pint purchase)

Two Nugget Necters and a Celebration with dinner. Not bad at all.

 

Never had it from a glass before, just wanted to try it. I'll be curios to see if I can tell any difference.

Trying a local DIPA , not too bad!

 

very smooth, lots of caramel and not much hops.
I think it gets that way after four years.

 

Awesome just got 2012 will age some for years to come.

 

It is good,definitely intriguing. tea actually came out nice. And the glass is one of my favorites!
