    I went with a 750ml of Anchorage Brewing's Galaxy White IPA. It's $16 yet, every once in awhile I like to splurge. Cork shot off while easing it up, it didn't over flow but its pretty foamy and has a very mild sour flavor. Its brewed with kumquats which makes me think of the Honeymooners "How about a kumquat?" during the Norton sleepwalking episode.

    not bad really, plus these bottles sat in my garage through a Summer and a Winter. I was given a case by a friend of mine who works at Genesee Brewery. They've been in my garage for a year now.
